No aggressive or reactive dogs are allowed in class!
In-Home Private Lessons available by appointment only!
No Aggressive Dogs! If you have a dog with an aggression issue of any kind please contact me via email. I can consult with you and refer to an appropriate trainer who uses science based methods of training and has a full understanding of aggression and how to apply appropriate non aversive or punishing methods.
Training Supply List
1. Please bring a variety of soft treats for training for example: Freeze Dried Liver Treats , soft treats, boiled chicken, hot dogs, cheese etc.
2. Please DO NOT feed your pet anything on the day of training class . Water is fine. Your pet is going to be working for treats and they need to motivated to work.
3. Please DO NOT bring your pet to Dog Gone Positive wearing a choke chain, pinch collar or shock collar. We will be happy to recommend a more appropriate type of collar for your pet. Gentle Leader, Easy walk Harness, or Flat Buckle Collars are recommended.
4. Walk and train your pet on 4 or 6 foot leash. No retractable leashes please.
5. Clicker ( available for purchase through Dog Gone Positive)
6. Please clean up after your pet.
7. Please bring an open mind, get ready to learn and have some fun!
